On August 1, 2006, a new Hague order was issued against Domagoj Margetic ordering Margetic to appear before a Zagreb court Friday, August 4, 2006 at 9:00AM to receive this new violation of rights ordered from The Hague. It is not yet known how the Croatian journalist and former ICTY indictee will plead since his inherent rights as a journalist were violated again and as his website was shut down.
